MATCH CARD INSTRUCTIONS
Please see Example Match Card attached in link below.
Its very important that all match cards are completed correctly for each game.
Cards can usually be found near the canteen at each ground.
DO NOT remove the card – please complete the card in the allocated area at each field.
A representative from your team must sign the card at the end of the match confirming that the score is correct.
Each Card must show player SHIRT NUMBER, SURNAME, and FFA number. DO NOT show firstname or initials.
Add a letter R for any reserves.
Borrowed players must be listed in the top team list part as well as the bottom borrowed players section of the card.
Any players that have been stood down must be entered in the stood down players section of the card. DO NOT put details here if your player is sick, injured or simply isn’t playing.
