15/12/10 - RESULT OF MEETING

Tonight an extraordinary meeting was scheduled. Only committee members attended.

THE RESULT:

We still have no Secretary, Registrar, Canteen Manager or Equipment Manager (amongst others)

THE CONSEQUENCE

No canteen will run next year.
The Committee will run registration on the advertised days only. No registrations will be accepted at any other time.
Without a Secretary (or group of people willing to perform the duties) we cannot guarantee the club will run next year.

This is the situation unless we have volunteers to either take on a titled role, or enough people willing to cover the work as needed

Anyone willing to volunteer can contact the committe via the Club Phone

28/11/10 - UNABLE TO FILL KEY COMMITTEE POSITIONS

EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING WEDNESDAY 15/12/2010 7.30PM

AGM Minutes show that many of the key positions were not filled. These include:
1. Secretary
2. Registrar
3. Canteen Manager
4. Equipment Officer
5. Others

The President will send out an email to all 2010 members explaining the implications and advertising an Extra-Ordinary meeting on Wednesday
15/12/2010 7.30pm at the Tahmoor Soccer Club to attempt to fill these positions.
